Uses: Promotes postpartum healing after childbirth. Soothing and restorative for perineal healing after vaginal birth and incision wound and scar healing after a c-section birth.

Directions: Steep one sachet in boiling water and allow to cool to the desired temperature. Pour brewed infusion into a shallow sitz bath basin or add to your bath, and relax. Additional uses: gently apply cooled sachet directly on perineum / pour infusion into peri bottle for an extra ahhh after each bathroom trip.
